Dr. Faith Adole

Founder/CEO/President 

Dr. Faith Adole is the founder of U-VOL Foundation and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and health leader. With over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience, she works to help close health gaps in underserved communities. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, an MBA from Johns Hopkins, and a Master’s in Nursing from California State University. Dr. Adole has received awards for her service and is a proud member of key nursing groups.

Cynthia Webb

Director of Clinical Education & Training 

Cynthia is a Public Health Nurse Educator and Director of Clinical Education at U-VOL, leading the ValueHer program. With over five years in global health, she designs provider training programs that improve maternal outcomes. Her 10-year nursing background includes frontline care, education, and leadership. A dedicated volunteer since 2021, she’s led outreach across the U.S. and Africa. She holds a BSN from CSU Channel Islands and an MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University.

Dr. John Ida-Michaels

Director of Clinical Operations 

Volunteer Director of Clinical Operations for U-VOL Foundation in Nigeria. A licensed medical doctor and public health expert with over a decade of experience, he leads U-VOL’s clinical strategy and mission planning across underserved communities. He currently serves as State Technical Lead at ECEWS and holds a Nonprofit Management certification from Lagos Business School. His career centers on health systems strengthening and equitable medical outreach.

Isoni Ekpenyong 

Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager at U-VOL Foundation, where he oversees procurement planning, transportation, and supply chain operations. With 9+ years of experience in humanitarian logistics, he specializes in resource management in high-need settings. He holds a Mini-MBA in Business Administration and is a Certified International Trade Logistics Specialist (CITLS). His leadership ensures timely, compliant delivery of critical supplies across countries.

Ife Adeyemi, RN 

Marketing & Community Coordinator

Ife Adeyemi serves as U-VOL’s Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator. A neurotrauma nurse with ICU and pediatric experience, she is passionate about global health and currently pursuing a path toward becoming a missionary pediatric physician. Ife plays an active role in her local church as a children’s minister. She’s inspired to bridge healthcare and community development, using her voice and skillset to engage hearts, build partnerships, and mobilize support.

Dr. Jose Pillah

Medical Team Lead-Nigeria

Dr. Pillah is a Primary Care Physician with broad clinical experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. He applies evidence-based practices across all healthcare levels, including rural and underserved settings. Passionate about global health equity, he currently serves as Medical Lead for U-VOL’s medical mission programs. He is a proud graduate of Zaporozhye State Medical University, Ukraine, with a commitment to advancing accessible healthcare.

Dr. Nana Emeribe

Health Programs Coordinator

Dr. Nana Emeribe is a Public Health Physician and Programs Coordinator for U-VOL’s ValueHer Initiative in Nigeria. With 18 years of medical practice in maternal-child health, her work spans cancer prevention and nutrition education. A university lecturer and experienced health educator, she’s led outreach across Nigeria since 2003. Dr. Nana uses clear, relatable communication to empower communities and build healthier futures for women and children.

Oluwafemi Amusa

Health Programs Intern

Oluwafemi Amusa is a medical student at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and advocate for global health and community development. As U-VOL’s Health Programs Intern, he helps coordinate activities and support efforts to advance health equity. Since joining as an Ambassador in 2023, he’s contributed to medical missions, maternal care, and clean water projects. He’s also a leadership trainer, researcher, and mentor to young professionals.

Dr. Busayo Awolola

Program Manager-Nigeria 

Dr. Busayo Awolola is a medical doctor and public health professional pursuing an MPH at Johns Hopkins University. As U-VOL’s Program Manager for the ValueHer Initiative in Nigeria, she leads maternal and adolescent health programs. She also founded WEDFORUM, a nonprofit reaching 5,700+ women and youth in rural Nigeria. A Bayer Scholar and ICFP Grassroots Leader (2025), she’s committed to building equitable, community-driven health systems.

Lauren Stigben

Board Director

Lauren Stibgen is an operations leader with 17 years in private wealth and family office services. She’s led in IT, marketing, and giving. As Director of Talent at a private equity firm, she supported teams across portfolio companies. She’s launched wellness projects and serves on boards like the Wheaton Center for Faith and Innovation. Lauren holds degrees from DePaul University and Loyola University Chicago. Passionate about helping women, she’s committed to underserved communities.

Cari Reed

Board Director

Cari Reed is a healthcare leader with 20+ years of experience in nonprofit and private sectors. As a senior executive, she has led operations, growth, and patient care. At Option Care Health, she expanded access and improved satisfaction. Her focus includes safety, policy, and tech. Cari mentors women leaders and advises health startups. She holds a Master’s in Health Law from Seton Hall and is passionate about building systems that improve care and fairness.

Dr. Michael Grinn

Founder/CEO/President 

Dr. Michael Grinn is a board-certified anesthesiologist with experience in heart and lung care. He leads medical outreach for The Emergency Project and runs Grinn Anesthesia Corp. He works with advanced surgical tools and joins Envision’s mission teams. Dr. Grinn teaches and volunteers in health programs around the world. He is a member of The Explorer’s Club, the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Maimunat Alex-Adeomi

Advisory Board Member

Global health physician and founder of W+Men Leading Change, Dr. Maimunat has two decades of experience in health systems strengthening, with work spanning 40+ countries. She has trained over 200,000 health workers and serves on the board of the Rotary Fellowship of Healthcare Professionals. Her consulting work supports Ministries of Health, NGOs, and multilateral partners. She also co-hosts Public Health in Real Life, a platform spotlighting frontline health leadership.

Cindy Nelly

Advisory Board Member

Dr. Cindy Nelly is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Certified Nurse-Midwife with 20+ years of global health leadership across 15+ countries. Her expertise spans women’s health, obstetrics, disaster response, and training. She’s led missions in conflict zones and disasters, and helped establish birth centers and medevac systems. Domestically, she’s served in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and taught at Yale and the University of Florida. Her work bridges clinical excellence.
